This month's challenge asks you to take The Vow of Nonviolence shared in this story from S&H. It is:

  1. Close your eyes.
  2. Take three deep, cleansing breaths.
  3. Put your awareness in your heart.
  4. Ask yourself honestly and seriously if you are willing to take the vow of nonviolence.
  5. State aloud, “I am committed to bringing about a world of peace, harmony, laughter, and love. I take this vow to be nonviolent in my thoughts, my speech, and my actions.”
