How do I modify, renew, or cancel my subscription?
If you would like to update a mailing address on your subscription, renew your account, cancel your account, or make other changes to your print subscription, click here to update online.
When will my magazine delivery begin?
We publish six times a year, so delivery of your first issue can take up to six–eight weeks after we receive your order.
I cancelled my subscription but still received a copy of the magazine. Why?
Typically we need about two weeks before any changes can take effect. If you’re still receiving your magazine after that much time has passed, please email [email protected].
What digital subscriptions do I have access to?
With a digital subscription paid for via the S&H site, you have access to the digital PDF, print articles, and bonus content and archive access. All third-party subscriptions do not come with this access. The following third-party vendors offer subscriptions:

I have a question about my subscription via a third-party website (Amazon, for example)—who do I ask for help?
When you buy an S&H print subscription from a third-party vendor, you will need to reach out directly to its customer service for all questions, as we do not handle that account information.
Can I buy Spirituality & Health in stores?
Yes. The magazine is available at newsstands, supermarkets, and health food stores across the United States and Canada.

What is premium content and how can I access it?
Most of our premium content comes from our print magazine, where we dive deep into educational, eye-opening topics from some of our favorite writers. You can access two premium articles for free each month. By signing up for our newsletters, you receive access to another premium article (and will gain access to three articles each month after providing your email!). To read more than three each month, you need to subscribe to Spirituality & Health, which you can do here.
