An audio meditation to tune into how you feel.

Your gut can’t read minds or tell the future, but it does sometimes have insight that your intelligent mind is not able to perceive. The gut knows how you really feel. In this meditation, tune in to your body from throat to pelvic floor and ask it questions to find out what you feel about what’s going on in your life as opposed to what you think about what’s going on. It's a good idea to come to this meditation with a decision you are trying to make. I recommend keeping your hands on your belly and moving them with the sensations that arise.
