How can we feel love and gratitude if we are full of our own negative and self-deprecating thoughts? How can we open ourselves to love and gratitude if we are filled with other people’s energy, thoughts and feelings? How can we lead with our hearts when we feel so much fear, uncertainty and resistance?

We need tools to create passionate and kind lives and healthful, thriving bodies for ourselves. We need discipline and practice to reap the benefits of these tools.
