Waxing moons are about building energy, taking action to go towards what we want. Waning moons are more contemplative times, times to look back and what we’ve been working on and consider what worked as well as what didn’t. It’s a good time for practices of letting go and moving on.
This meditation involves focusing attention on the heart and the breath, both to hold on to what we are grateful for and to let go of what we no longer need.
