Eden Tahini and Black Sesame Butter—Superfood Nourishment

1 can (15 ounces) Eden Cannellini Beans or Eden Great Northern Beans, do not drain.
2 cloves garlic, minced.
2 tbsp Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
¼ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice.
½ tsp Eden Sea Salt.
1 tsp Eden Cumin.
1 tsp dried cilantro.
¼ tsp crushed red pepper.
1 tbsp fresh parsley, minced.
1 tbsp Eden Roasted Sesame Tahini.
Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and purée until smooth and creamy. Spread on bread or use as a dip for vegetables, chips, or crackers.

3 Tbsp Eden Roasted Sesame Tahini.
2 tsp Eden Umeboshi Paste, or to taste.
2 cloves garlic, minced.
2 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed.
¼ cup fresh parsley, minced.
Place ingredients into food processor or blender and purée. Add the reserved bean cooking liquid until dip is preferred consistency. Serve with bread, vegetables, chips, or crackers.
