The longest day of the year is the perfect time to celebrate the fruits of your labor.
In the Northern Hemisphere, the summer solstice is the longest day of sunlight, when the sun appears to pause in the sky—giving it the name “sol” (sun) and “stice” (stillness). It is a time to celebrate the harvest. What fruits have ripened in your life that are ready to be tasted? What can you enjoy about your life today? How can you celebrate? Contemplate these questions with this gentle meditation to enjoy the longest day of the year (June 20th/21st).
