This meditation invites you to consider the losses and gains of the last year. The transition to a new year is not only a time of new year’s resolutions and holiday parties, but also a time to consider what went wrong, what we learned, and what we hope for the future. In this meditation and ritual, we take a journey back into the last year in terms of relationships, the body, our work, and what may come next. Sometimes we have to go backward in order to go forward.
