This guided meditation is structured to bring presence and connect with Earth energy through the use of breathing exercises and guided visualizations. This meditation has been designed to support you in fully integrating the Earth element as experienced in the Earth Energy flow series. Follow yoga Expert Christy Evans through the guided portion of this meditation.
