Vibrational energy healing has a direct correlation to our overall health and wellbeing, especially our gut health.

If you’re like me, you take any opportunity to learn more about your body and what you can do to help it thrive. Although there are a ton of buzz topics in the wellness community right now—juice cleanses, GMOs, liver detoxes, gut health (all important)—we often forget to talk about the more spiritual aspects that are equally important, such as the pineal gland and vibrational energy.

Vibrations & Rumbles

Do you experience gut issues such as digestive troubles, stomach aches, weight changes, fatigue, skin issues, emotional issues, or even food intolerances? Our gut health influences much of our life from our weight and our mood to our cognitive ability. It can be the reason for digestive issues, back pain, and even the root of anxiety and depression. That’s why understanding vibrational energy is important.

For years I suffered from poor gut health without even realizing it. It affected my moods, my skin and even my weight. For decades I suffered from allergies, migraines, body aches, and constant tummy trouble. These were all signs that my gut was unhealthy. It wasn’t until I started to study and understand vibration energy that I saw a connection and path to true healing.

To understand this concept, recognize that everything is energy and we are a living energy field. Your body is composed of energy-producing particles, each of which is in constant motion. So, like everything and everyone in the universe, you are vibrating and creating energy all the time. The field of vibrational medicine seeks to use the vibrational energy generated by and around your body to optimize your health.

Researchers have known for a long time that thoughts and behaviors affect the rhythms in your body. For instance, anxious thoughts can trigger the release of stress hormones that stimulate your heart rate to speed up or slow down.

Sound vibrations likewise affect thoughts, emotions, and body systems. Although vibrational energy’s healing properties aren’t yet fully understood, vibrations of many kinds—electromagnetic, sound, and light—can be used to encourage healing and stimulate the body, especially your gut health. Vibrations can alter our mood, improve physical and mental health, and help us connect to our spiritual self.

6 Vibrational Healing Methods for Your Gut

1. Protect Your Pineal Gland

The pineal gland, also referred to as the “third eye” is a small endocrine gland residing in the center of our brains. Esoteric and mystic spiritual traditions suggest the pineal gland may hold the secrets to spiritual wisdom, psychic awareness, and inspiration as well as serving as a metaphysical connection between the spiritual and physical worlds. DMT is also produced in the pineal gland, better known as the “spirit molecule,” which is a naturally occurring substance that brings profound psychic encounters.

Protect your pineal gland by eliminating any toxic substances from your environment, whether they be in your food, water, body care products, or general living space.

Aim for more certified organic foods and limit the amount of processed foods you consume. Limiting exposure to fluoride by using fluoride-free toothpaste and staying away from tap water are some of the best first steps to reduce health concerns and raise your vibration. In addition, getting more melatonin can help your gut health.

Melatonin is a hormone produced by your pineal gland and your gut bacteria. When your gut health is out of balance, the melatonin produced by your pineal gland can help balance the body. It is the biggest antioxidant made in our bodies and a super powerful anti-inflammatory, as it regulates human estrogen and growth hormone levels.

2. Power Up Your Favorite Playlist for Sound Healing

A French musician of the early 1980s, Fabien Maman, conducted a research study on the effect of sound vibrations on cells. He discovered that sound vibrations can eliminate cancer cells and energize healthy ones. Adding more sound to your daily routine can help balance your mind, body, and soul.

Parents often play classical music to their unborn or newborn children so as to stimulate brain development. Sound also takes us back to our time in the womb where everything is sound. Being subconsciously reminded of those times is therapeutic and at the same time meditative. You can put on a good playlist and trust the vibrations are increasing your mental, physical, and spiritual wellbeing. You can also go to a sound bath meditation, download a sound meditation app, or sit outdoors and listen to the sounds of nature.

3. Celebrate the Sunshine

Direct sun exposure helps to kickstart the functions of your mental and spiritual wellbeing as it can balance your body and stimulate your mind. Any type of natural light exposure activates the pineal gland, prompting it to produce serotonin, which helps improve gut function. It’s the neurotransmitter responsible for healthy mood and energy levels. Getting more natural vitamin D and sunlight can affect your gut health by balancing your microbiome.

4. Support your Immune System

If your gut is unhealthy, your immune system is fast at work trying to heal it. Without proper support, your immune system can get overworked and worn down. A nice, gentle way to heal the gut is to help your immune system out by eating immunity-supporting foods, like citrus fruits, garlic, and spinach. Also drink lots of water and rest when you need to. If your immune system is already weak, it can also be helpful to supplement with key vitamins and minerals that may have become depleted, like vitamin B, vitamin D, and zinc. I also found that taking vitamins to support adrenal function was incredibly helpful as adrenals can get taxed when we are overstressed by gut health issues.

5. Consume Collagen

Consuming collagen is helpful for everyone, but especially those with an unhealthy microbiota. In general, those with gut health issues tend to have low levels of collagen. Collagen is a special type of structural protein that is full of helpful amino acids. It’s the most abundant protein in the body, making up 90 percent of your connective tissue and organic bone mass and 70 percent of your skin.

But by the time we hit our twenties, our body actually begins to produce less collagen, leading to what we consider signs of aging: wrinkles, saggy skin, weaker joints, and bones. While many people think of collagen for its beauty benefits, like its amazing impact on hair, skin, and nails, collagen can do so much for your gut health. Collagen regulates stomach acid secretion, helps repair stomach lining, and can aid in digestion.

6. Remove Toxins From Your Life

It may seem like you are doing everything right, yet you still can’t seem to get a handle on your gut health issues. If this is the case, hidden toxins may be slowing down your immune system.

For example, are you eating food out of plastic containers with BPA, a known gut toxin? Are you living in a home that’s surrounded by or covered in gut-harming mold? Maybe you’re sleeping on a mattress that was sprayed with toxic flame-retardant chemicals. Gut-harming toxins are all around us, even the electromagnetic waves from our smartphones can mess with our guts.

Finding and removing these toxins is often instrumental in healing the gut. Start by focusing on the energy in your home and educating yourself on sustainable products that are environmentally friendly.

Overall, vibrational healing is a powerful method to heal, transform, and nurture ourselves. Applying any of these methods can help raise your vibration and improve your gut health.
