Step 4: Meditation and Balance
Without meditation and keeping yourself in balance it is difficult to find and be with your soulmate.
Why is it so hard to connect with your soulmate?
If you’re not meditating, you’ll be off-track, not knowing whether to turn left or right. Think of meditation as a type of purge/renewal for your mind, body and soul
Take time daily to meditate, get connected and stay in balance. If this is something that you feel you cannot accomplish, it’s something that I can easily teach you.
Many people have benefited from my lectures, workshops, and programs that I have taught, to help them learn how to become connected to get rid of the interference in their mind, throat chakra, and their solar plexus or perhaps even the root chakra.
Meditation is has been very effective and very positive for millions of people.
Meditation is a very ancient practice of connecting with the mind, body and soul.
I’m happy to see that more and more people are becoming connected with their intuitions through meditation and yoga.
And now, here in America, people are becoming more connected with meditation, yoga, and connecting more with themselves and their intuition.
However, if you look at history, it has been a very ancient method; meditation, connecting with one’s soul, spirit, and body. So, while meditating, your focus can be whatever you want it to be.
Just get used to the idea of meditation and if you need further help don't hesitate to try to find the help for yourself.
So many people are afraid to come to the door and receive the help they need. I am here to help in my office, through my programs or maybe even my free radio shows. But people are afraid because they don't want to admit that they are blocked. They don't want to admit that they lack connection. They don't want to admit that they need to be taught how to meditate.
Ego and pride play a very big part in why many people are not connected with their soulmate.
While meditating your focus can be whatever you want it to be. Set aside time daily to practice and allow yourself to get used to the idea of meditation.
Try it out, allow yourself to be inspired and practice meditation as a means to get yourself in balance.
So, I urge you to get inspired and to focus on meditation.
