Stephen Kiesling speaks at site of dam removal

Steve Kiesling gave a short speech to a gathering of state and federal agencies on July 16, 2008, at the celebration of  a dam removal in Oregon.

This video shows Kiesling sharing some of the background history of the Gold Hill area, leading up to breaching the Gold Hill diversion dam for the benefit of future generations of both people and salmon in a beautiful stretch of the Rogue River.
