Integrative Eating
Led by Deborah Kesten

This e-course is now completed. It ran for six weeks, from December 16, 2002 - January 24, 2003. The leader was Deborah Kesten, a nutrition researcher, educator, counselor, and author of The Healing Secrets of Food and Feeding the Body, Nourishing the Soul. She took participants step-by-step through her Integrative Eating program — The Enlightened Diet.

A unique and informative aspect of the e-course was the opportunity to take a self-test at the beginning to get a snapshot of your "eating style." During the six-week e-course, participants received three emails a week outlining the key concepts of the program and giving practical exercises for them to try as they learned how to nourish body, mind, and soul — even social well-being — at every meal.

By discovering the elements of Integrative Eating, participants were empowered to eat to:
